چکیده
The goal of renewable energy is to replace production from fossil fuels. In that sense, forest biomass essential renewables. This article presents the results development reserves in fractions, increments and total above-ground coniferous stands (spruce, fir, pine, larch) during their economic cycle. experimental material comes 22 located mainly Central Slovakia, a lesser extent also Western Eastern Slovakia. Energy were calculated based on volume fractions taken mathematical models yield tables average values basic density calorific value determined. research showed as age increased, share wood fraction while it decreased bark fraction, especially branch fraction. curves constructed relation stand site index have very similar shape current annual increment stands. grew faster at 40 80 years than 140 years. Spruce had highest mean increment, followed by larch pine. As increases, slightly decrease efficiency solar significantly decreases. It peaks practically reaching maximum increment.

Above-Ground Biomass and Biomass Components Estimation Using LiDAR Data in a Coniferous Forest
This study aims to estimate forest above-ground biomass and biomass components in a stand of Picea crassifolia (a coniferous tree) located on Qilian Mountain, western China via low density small-footprint airborne LiDAR data. LiDAR points were first classified into ground points and vegetation points. After, vegetation statistics, including height quantiles, mean height, and fractional cover we...
متن کاملSensitivity of Above-Ground Biomass Estimates to Height-Diameter Modelling in Mixed-Species West African Woodlands
It has been suggested that above-ground biomass (AGB) inventories should include tree height (H), in addition to diameter (D). As H is a difficult variable to measure, H-D models are commonly used to predict H. We tested a number of approaches for H-D modelling, including additive terms which increased the complexity of the model, and observed how differences in tree-level predictions of H prop...

Today, modeling and determination of allometric equations of forest trees, especially Junipers trees, are very important for determination of biological status and carbon storage capacity of forest species. The aim of this study was to determine the most suitable allometric equations for estimating the biomass of leaf, sub branch, main branch, trunk, and biomass of total Juniperus excelsa tr...

Accurate measurement and mapping of biomass is a critical component of carbon stock quantification, climate change impact assessment, suitability and location of bio-energy processing plants, assessing fuel for forest fires, and assessing merchandisable timber. While above-ground biomass includes both live and dead plant material, most of the recent research effort on biomass estimation has foc...
